Abstract

This research is to analyze the effect of Financing Deposit Ratio (FDR) and Net Operating Margin (NOM) on Return On Equity (ROE) at Bank Muamalat Indonesia in 2017-2022 using the Purposive Sampling method. This study uses a quantitative description method. This study used multiple linear regression analysis techniques with SPSS 26 and a significance probability of 5%. The results of this study are proven from the results of the Financing Deposit Ratio (FDR) study which has a tcount > ttable value of 2.977 > 2.080 and with a significance value of 0.007 <0.05, then Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected which means that there is a partially significant Financing Deposit Ratio (FDR) effect on Return On Equity (ROE). Net Operating Margin (NOM) has a value of tcount > ttable with a value of 13.056 > 2.080 and with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05, then Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected which means that there is a Net Operating Margin (NOM) which is partially significant to Return On Equity (ROE). From the calculation results table above, it can be seen that fcount > ftable with a value of 10.975 > 3.44 and with a significance value of 0.007 <0.05. This means that the Financing Deposit Ratio (FDR) and Net Operating Margin (NOM) variables simultaneously affect Return On Equity (ROE). In this study, the independent variables were able to explain the Return On Equity (ROE) of 91.0%.
