Abstract

Based on analysis carried out on communities living in Sabah oil palm plantations, there are various problems, including 1) widespread domestic violence, including violence against children and women. 2) lagging educational processes and children's growth and development, 3) low awareness of nutrition and health, 4) economic management that tends to be consumerist only, and 5) mental health problems. 6) low level of legal awareness of migrants regarding employment law. This problem must be addressed immediately so that it does not become a cycle passed down from generation to generation in the next generation. The method of implementing this international community service uses two modes, namely offline and online (3-4 meetings). Therefore, the Open University, Ladang FGV Lahat Datu Sabah and the University Malaysia Sabah collaborate in community service activities to carry out various programs.
