Abstract

The basic problem is often related to surface distribution and management of CSR in Indonesia , namely the clarity of how a company should implement its CSR program, whether administered directly or carried out by third parties and how the process is implemented CSR programs and how synergizing of each activity implementation and distribution of CSR so that people can feel the direct benefits of the implementation of the company's CSR program. The purpose of this research on CSR is to understand the fundamental problem of management of CSR in Indonesia and provide an analysis of the implementation of CSR programs implemented by the company. This study is a qualitative analysis of the data on the processing of secondary data, and analyzed using the inductive method through a qualitative approach to studying all the answers in the study . From the analysis shows that the corporate perspective in implementing CSR in an attempt to fulfill obligations (compliance) alone. Awareness of CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) is still not well integrated in the management of the company. Implementation is still mostly based on the demands of society.
