Abstract

Performance is the work of individual employees within an organization. While the organization's performance is the totality of the work achieved an organization. Employee performance and organizational performance has been linked very closely. The_ concept of the award aims to enhance the motivation of the performance of its employees. While the implications of these concepts, see if employees who have performed well, then he will obtain a higher reward. Discipline is very important for the growth of the organization, especially to motivate employees to act in the discipline in carrying out the work either individually or in groups. The role of leader in an organization plays a central role not only internally to the organization but also in dealing with various parties outside the organization ail of which are intended to enhance the ability of the organization in achieving its objectives. · This study aims to determine the effect of the award, Leadership style of discipline and employee performance in UPT DPPKAD Wilayah .Kabupaten Bangka. The results obtained rewards have an influence on employee performance with a correlation value of 0,509 with a significance level of 3, 183 and coefficient of determination (R1), or contributions made by this variable is 25,9%, indicating the applicable rewards was quite good but not optimal. Disciplinary influence on the performance of employees obtained correlation values with a significance level of 0,697 with a significance level of 5,230. The coefficient of determination (R2), or contributions made for 78,5% of these variables can be assumed that the dimensions of the studied discipline is good but needs to be improved by performing a program of counseling and supervision in order to discipline an employee was working. The influence of leadership style on employee performance obtained correlation value of 0,721 with a significance level of 5,607. The coefficient of determination (R3) or contributions made by 52% this variable can be assumed that the dimensions of leadership style has been well studied but needs to be improved. Rewards, discipline, and leadership styles together to influence the relative increase when compared individually. Correlation value of 0,721; 0,697, and 0,509 with a significance F = 13,233 and the coefficient of determination (R2) of 59,5% is assumed that the reward, discipline and leadership styles together have a positive and significant and influenced the rest of the other variables are not investigated in this study.
