Abstract

Downhill phenomenon it cooperation activity and as trailing as cooperative performance require to study from management facet and expected can detect by creative idea and inovatif for solution operation activity and as cooperation performance require to of is problem of pertinent cooperation. If downhill tendecy it cooperation performance continue to take place hence earning in ensuring that co-operation will experience of loss step by step later; then bankruptcy (pailit) and in the end generate loss impact which extend to member as owner and service user of cooperation, organizer of cooperation (official member of, employees and supervisor), businees partner, governmental and society. The research aim to to know influence of management to run cooperation performance during the time. At this research is used by technique intake of sampel namely each; every population member dont have is same opportunity to be made by sampel (Sampling Nonprobablity), while method withdrawal of used sampel that is sampling purpossive where stipulating of sampel relied on certain criterion. Responden criterion is co-operation member which have enlisted at book enlist cooperation member completely the effort "IBU ANI" and participate active as member. Data collecting done by using enquette data closed. closed enquette that is enquette used to get data about management relation dimensions and co-operation performance. In this research of writer use method having the character of quantitative analysed by using model of regresi doubled linear. result of analysis indicate that each; every make up of planning function, organizational function, execution function, and observation function will improve performance cooperation. variation of that happened at performance cooperation equal to 32,7% determined by function management namely planning function, organizational function, execution function, and observation function.
