Abstract
The subject of this study was obtained from teachers of Sekolah Dasar Negeri at Kecamatan Lubuk Baja, Kota Batam, there are 120 people. Characteristics of respondents by sex, age, years of service, grade, and education level. The method used in this study is quantity method; therefore, the data in the study is the quantitative data. Source of data used was obtained through primary data and secondary data is data collected with field studies and literature. The main instrument in this studies a questionnaire. Variable measurements performed using a Likert scale. In this study, the sample size adjusted to the analytical mode/used is equation structural model (SEM). The number of respondents in this studies 120, then the number of sampled using the census total of 120 respondents. Data analysis was performed using the method equation structural model (SEM). The software used for SEM analysis was Amos 20. Based on data analysis, it showed that knowledge has positive and significantly impact to working climate with p<0.05; skills has positive impact but not significant to working climate with p>O. 05; communication has positive and significantly impact to the working climate with p<0.05. Knowledge has positive and significantly impact to the working performance with p<O. 05; skills has positive impact but not significant impact to the working performance with p>O. 05, communication has positive and significantly impact to the working performance with p<0.05; and working climate has positive and significantly impact to the working performance with p<0.05. Based on data analysis using Square Multiple Correlation (SMC), value of the working climate is 0. 75 and working performance is 0.6. For further research, it is expected to improve the assumption value of SEM testing; it is the multivariate value that has abnormal distribution.
