Abstract
The aim of this research was to know the role of Lasiodiplodia theobromaevculture filtrate to induce microtuber formation of cultivar Granola in vitro. This research was conducted in Agricultural Biotechnology Laboratory, Research Centre, Hasanuddin University Makassar. The are four concentrations of Lasiodiplodia theobromae 5%, 10%, 15% dan 20% were used in this research, where as Salicyclic acid 30 mg/l was used as standard, and MS medium without treatment on control. The Result show that use of 15% Lasiodiplodia theobromae culture filtrate gave best result in microtuber formation (time of formation and number of microtuber) Therefore application of 5% gave highest diameter of microtuber.
