Wijaya Karya (persero) Terbuka. Its proof by result of F test 263,016 > F tables df=113 at the α = 5 % = 3,92 and H1 was accepted. The value of coefficient determinant (R2) was 0,877. Its means that 87,7% of employee performance explained by motivation and 12,3% explained by other factors. By using t test the result showed that motivation X1 and X2 ware influenced the employee performance so the H1 was accepted, but motivation X3 did not influence employee performance.
