Abstract

This study aims to explain the factors that affect teacher performance and analyze how much these factors affect the performance of teachers in the implementation of Permendiknas No. 41 of 2007 in the UPT environment Disdikpora Batang Subdistrict. This study uses a quantitative approach and analyzed using statistics. Primary data were collected by questionnaire enclosed and secondary data obtained with free guided interview. This research is to answer the seven hypotheses, namely: (1) Factors affecting the performance capabilities and skills of teachers in the implementation of Permendiknas No. 41 of 2007 (2) personality factors affecting the performance of teachers in the implementation of Permendiknas No. 41 of 2007; (3) factors affecting the performance of teachers'' motivation in the implementation Permendiknas No. 41 of 2007; (4) leadership factors, affect the performance of teachers in the implementation of Permendiknas No. 41 of 2007; (5) factors affecting compensation performance of teachers in the implementation of Permendiknas No. 41 of 2007; (6) factors influencing job design teacher performance in the implementation Permendiknas No. 41 of 2007; (7) factor the ability and skills, personality, motivation, leadership, compensation, and job design simultaneously affect the performance of teachers in the implementation of Permendiknas No. 41 of 2007. The subjects of the research were the elementary school teachers in the district of Batang UPT Disdikpora 402 people as the population and 24.87% (100 people) as the respondents (sample) research was taken and chosen randomly. Analysis of the hypothesis with simple regression techniques and multiple regression using the F test. The results showed that the capability and skills, personality, motivation, leadership, compensation, and job design simultaneously affect the performance of teachers in the implementation of Permendiknas No. 41 of 2007 amounted to 47.7% while 52.3% influenced by other factors. Partially these factors affect the performance of teachers in the implementation of Permendiknas No. 41 of 2007. Personality factors have the greatest impact on performance of teachers as much as 30.8% in implementing the Permendiknas No. 41 of 2007. In conclusion the research that the factor of ability and skill, personality, motivation, leadership, compensation, and job design simultaneously affect the performance of teachers in the implementation of the implementation Permendiknas No. 41 of 2007.
