Abstract

Teachers have a very important role to the success of the learning process of their students. For it is the ability of teachers to manage the learning must always be improved. Teacher professionalism can not be done instantly, but through a gradual process, which should be no change of teachers who have at least a minimum standard of competency as a teacher who control many competence or even all of the competencies. Nowadays professional competence of teachers in general is low. Indications of low competence teacher professionalism can be seen from the difficult changing the teacher in the learning activities. There is a gap between the expectations of the realization of the performance of elementary school teachers are more professional with the fact that there is a primary school teacher professionalism today, has prompted the authors to conduct research on the influence of the PFM model of integrated guidance on the professionalism of teachers in primary PGSD-UT graduate program in the city of Tegal. Problem formulation "How does the model of integrated PFM guidance on the professionalism of teachers in elementary graduates S1 PGSD Tegal? '. Penelitiaal purpose. In particular, this study aims to: 1) get a specific picture of the quality of a teacher's professional skills PGSD-UT graduate school in Tegal, 2) find a picture of the quality of the professionalism of the teachers in the city of Tegal after PKP in an integrated guidance, and 3) find strengths and weaknesses of the types of service learning students through an integrated model of counseling conducted PKP Open University. There are two hypotheses in this research, namely: HO there is no positive influence between PKP integrated learning model guidance to the professionalism of teachers in primary PGSD S1-UT graduate. H1 is that there is a positive effect between these bimbinganPenelitian learning model approach explanative knowledge as to discover how the professionalism of teachers in primary and how and why an integrated learning model guidance PKP can influence it. The method used quantitative correlation of the ability of the integrated PFM elementary teacher professionalism PGSD S1-UT graduate. The population of the research is a primary school teacher in the town of Tegal consisting of elementary teachers PGSD S1-UT graduates and graduates of other universities. The sampling technique is simple random sampling in which decision-member sample of the population randomly without regard to the existing strata in the population (Sugiyono, 2010: 120). The research instrument consisted of a) Questionnaire b) Teacher Capabilities Assessment Tool (APKG) c) Guidance Interview Results There were two statistical hypotheses were tested in this study, namely: Ho: β = 0, meaning that there is no effect between PKP integrated with professional skills S1 graduate elementary teachers PGSD UT. Ho: β ≠ 0, meaning that there is an influence between PKP integrated professional skills of primary school teachers graduated from UT PGSD S1. Output F test can be seen in table 4.10. Output test F from X to Y obtained F count 78,078 with a significance level of 0000. The probability of 0.000 is much smaller than 0.05, then the regression model can be used to predict the professional competence of primary school teachers graduated from S1 PGSD UT, it means a significance value <0.05 means Ho refused and H1 accepted. Conclusions: The quality of a teacher's professional skills PGSD SD UT graduates is high, teachers' professional capabilities include: pedagogical, personal, social, and professional. Bimbigan integrated PFM turns influential in shaping the professional competence of the teachers graduated from UT in Tegal PGSD the S1 graduate professional school teachers PGSD UT.
