This article identifies the roles of domestic investment, foreign direct investment and the level of labour education to GDP. Employing time varying method by Kalman Filter, we find that the effect of domestic investment to GDP is decreasing. Meanwhile, foreign direct investment gives an increasing effect to GDP. For education levels, we find that there are decreasing effects of labours with primary and higher educations. On the contrary, labours with secondary education play an increasing role to GDP’s growth.
