Abstract
The purpose of this research is to describe and analyze the distribution of allowance remote policy implementation in order to promote the profesionalism of teachers in district upstream Kayan Sintang. Efforts to improve the quality of education, led to the establishment of product quality education that must be implemented thoroughly, both on the management aspects of education, learning implementation, monitoring, evaluation, and policy benefits teachers. Through the role of the teacher is the embodiment of a professional educator with the primary task of educating, teaching, guiding, directing, train, assess, and evaluate students on childhood education, primary and secondary education and to carry out these tasks effectively and proffesionally,then the teacher must have pedagogical, personality, social and professional. This study the author uses descriptive research with the aim to describe the different situations the distribution policy of special allowances of teachers in the country isolated on Elementary School Kayan District Upstream Sintang District, at one time or equivalent salary 1.3 5 million. Teacher entitled the allowance if it is working in selected schools for a minimum of two years, the number of working hours at least 24 hours/week. Feasibility teachers involved in the field associated with the policy of distribution of allowances remote, Sintang District and has decent and show the behavior as an educator and still authoritative without prejudice attitude maternal or paternal in order to attempt to achieve the planned objectives in accordance with the vision and mission of the school to realize the quality of the quality of learners.
