Entrepreneurial satisfaction is a positive attitude towards entreprenurial income, psychological well-being, and leisure time. This study aims to exemine the influence of psychological capital towards entreprenurial satisfaction among entrepreneurial college student. This study used a quantitative approach and the population are an entrepreneurial college student of Universitas Sumatera Utara. The sampling technique used is incidental sampling with a total sample of 71 people. Measuring intrument is the scale of entreprenurial satisfaction which is based on three aspects of entrepreneurial satisfaction consisting 20 items and psychological capital scale which is based on four dimensions of psychological capital which consists of 34 items. Results from this study was there are positive influence of psychological capital on enterpreneurial satisfaction among Entrepreneurial College Student.
