Abstract
Justice is a state where by every one has equal opportunity improve their well bieng. While social justice gratly depends on power structures within the community. Thes structures can be seen through polical, economic, social, cultural and ideological perspectives. Justice as condition to ideal union state and at attention of government system to democratic in conference form to reach of consensus. This paper no file suggestion about how to realization justice can be increased because to give to analysis about how Pancasila as state ideology in Indonesia give to decision fundamental for formation contitutional law in Indonesia system.
