Abstract
From The World is Flat 1.0 towards 4.0, it has an impact on the economy and trade, which challenges to democratization, science and technology, communication, information, education and digitalization. Various countries form alliances to join forces in the face of increasingly competitive competition. Indonesia faces complex and crucial problems, especially inequality in urban and rural development. This community service activity aims to help overcome these problems through the development of Community Reading Parks (TBM) for learning residents in Parit Village, North Indralaya District, Ogan Komering Ilir. As a result, the learning community became fond of reading as evidenced by the increasing number of people who came and read in TBM.
