Abstract
As information technology develops, there are so many online product marketing applications that can be utilized by entrepreneurs in an effort to improve and expand market share. This community service program aims to provide capacity building and Viral Marketing technical assistants to the wood craftsmen or what is known as "cukli" at Mataram Art Market. Marketing of cukli wood craft products is currently still using conventional sales, which is only limited to waiting for prospective buyers who come to visit sales outlets. Intervention methods used include; lectures, practices and technical assistant making web and blogs for marketing. As a result, participants realized that; a) the internet can be important in the business world, b) craftsmen become accustomed and familiar using several applications such as Facebook, Instagram, Whatsapp, on-line store applications such as Bukalapak, Tokopedia and others, and c) participants are able to utilize blogs that have been as an alternative media marketing channel for the products they sell.
