Abstract

Computer Based Administration Management Activities for Oesena Village apparatus in Amarasi District, Kupang Regency, were in the form of introduction and basic training of Microsoft Word and Microsot Excel. This training was given because village apparatus were still carrying out institutional management, namely village administration manually, so it was less efficient. This happens because village apparatus have not been trained in the use of technology and information, especially computers. The target to be achieved is to increase the competence of village officials in serving the community in the form of village administration using Excel Word and Microsot Microscope. The method used is training and demonstration. All activities are carried out as many as 8 (eight) visits in the period from June to December 2017 in the form of training, mentoring, and monitoring and evaluation. Participants in this activity are Oesena Village officials. The results obtained are that the Oesena Village apparatus has been able to use computers for administrative activities such as correspondence and structuring of village population data. This activity needs to be carried out routinely so as to create effective and efficient services.
