Abstract
Most of the people at Sudiang Raya Village Biringkanaya, Makasar are poor. Sewing training is needed because the community has never had the opportunity to sew. One solution that was delivered from the Community services from Makassar regional centre Open University was a creative effort to sew Muslim clothing which was attended by 20 participants from the Taklim Assembly Members of the Almusabbihin Mosque Kel. Sudiang Raya Kec. Biringknaya Makassar. This training is equipped with facilities such as sewing machines, ATK, fabrics and other sewing sewing equipment. The aim is to form individual communities to be independent. Presentation of material using the lecture method and practice or assignment. Based on the results of the evaluation of the process and the results of the sewing practice of Muslim clothing for members of Mjelis Taklim Almusabbihin Mosque Sudiang Raya,. Biringkanay Makassar shows that all participants from 20 people were skilled in sewing and each managed to finish one sheet of Muslim clothing neatly.
