Abstract
Until now the public's understanding of taxation is still lacking. Many businessmen and professionals are still having trouble understanding taxes. Likewise with the accounting field, it turns out there are still many businessmen who do not understand the importance of accounting in their business. Whereas for accounting lecturers, expertise in methods is very important to support their careers. These problems were responded by the Ciputra University Accounting Study Program to establish a Center for Accounting and Taxation Services aimed at improving accounting and tax literacy in the business and academic fields. The accounting study program strategy for successful PLAP business pioneering is by implementing management control. So the purpose of this activity is to explore management control mechanisms in PLAP pioneering. The results show that management control aspects are able to support the success of business pioneering (PLAP).
