Abstract

The development of information technology has been utilized in various fields, including in education, especially in higher education. Distance learning system by utilizing the online system. known as elearning has been applied in various universities and tends to be a major need in the learning process. One interesting question about the use of online learning in education is student satisfaction that can be evaluated from various factors. especially for students in developing countries like Indonesia that the level of utilization of information technology is still low compared to developed countries. This study aims to determine student satisfaction towards online learning at Universitas Terbuka, Indonesia, in terms of five main factors, namely community learning, learner interface, personalizati on, learning materials, and technology quality The results showed that there are factors that need improvement in order to achieve student satisfaction in online learning.
