Abstract
The method conducted in this research is a survey, which distributed questionnaires to 150 respondents who using Office of Integrated Service and Permission (KP2T) in Bengkulu Province. There is a simplified factor (complicated procedure in service), transparency aspect (a cost that used in service), accuracy aspect (reliable and usage), Security aspect (archive and documents), and easily access aspect (public transportations that can be used to the office). The opportunities of each are to make rules and requirements, voice and exit mechanism will run efficiently, and the participation of society especially entrepreneur who will invest to this area will be effective and efficient.
