Abstract
The common problem faced by teachers is their lack of ability to use learning media to improve the quality of learning. This community service program aims to improve the quality, productivity, and effectiveness of learning by utilizing media and learning technology in managing learning at SMPN 3 Ma'rang. The training methods used were lectures, question and answer, discussion, brain storming, demonstrations, and the practice of making learning media. This training succeeded in increasing the effectiveness of classroom learning, improving teachers' insight into the use of learning media, and more effective learning activities characterized by the more active students in learning activities.
