Abstract

This paper will show how to manage the potentials rich of Indonesia. Indonesia need Leader as Chief Executive Officer not only leader as the President – Political Leader. The CEO should manage the centre of industries by Entrepreneurship concept ( the author said Governpreneurship) not by Work and Pay. This paper also focus on how to develop strategies based on archipelago’s concept. The author try to analyze the archipelago potentials, ecspecially in outside Java island potentials. The objective of production processes in that area ( outside Java Island), would be easy to enter the export market because of low of cost leadership. The author give many strong recommendations such as the CEO should focused on bad infrastructures and interconection between islands because it will be impact of the higher of distribution costs. The research method of this paper is Qualitative Analysis with the concern of description approaches. The results of this paper are the management should had of entrepreneurship in any level (head Government to Local Govenrnment). The CEO will ready to present the concept of partnership with the International Investors
