Abstract

According to the WDR research, the growth of Internet users in Indonesia reached 105 % per year and is the highest growth among the countries in Asia after China ( Boerhanoeddin, 2003, in the Ainur, 2007). There are six reasons why the internet is so popular technology. The sixth reason is to have internet connectivity and a broad range, can reduce communication costs, lower ransaction costs can reduce agency cost, interactive, flexible, and easily, as well as having the ability to quickly distribute knowledge. The purpose of research is to determine the effect of trust , risk and technology acceptance models, perceived case of use , perceived usefulness , perceived of credibility, the customer interest in using internet banking? And how to influence customers' interest in the use of internet banking to the decision in dealing with internet banking? As well as how to influence customers' interest in using internet banking mediate the relationship between trust, risk and technology acceptance models with decisions in dealing with internet banking ? Discussion of the results of this research can take the conclusion as follows trust affects customers 'interest in using internet banking, risk affect customers' interest in using internet banking, case of use, perceived influence on customers 'interest in using internet banking, usefullnes perceived influence on customers' interest in using internet banking, perceived credibility of an effect on interest customers to use internet banking, customer interest in using internet banking affect the decision in the transaction, interest in the use of internet banking customers can mediate the relationship between trust, risk and technology acceptance models with decisions in dealing with internet banking.
