Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of organizatiion culture and working motivation partially and simultaneously toward the performance of teacher at public primary school in Rimbo Tengah subdistrict of Bungo. This research is an explanatory causal relation in a survey, that aims to know the patem of the causal relation between variables of working discipline, working allowance, and level of education toward the teacher performance. The population in this research were all teachers from 12 public primary school in Rimbo Tengah, Bungo regency. The number of population were 159 peoples. The sample was taken from random population by using proportional random sampling technique. Total sample were 62 people who were taken from 12 public primary school in Rimbo Tengah, Bungo regency. The result of hypothesis test shows that simultaneously organization culture has positive ans significant influence toward the performance of teachers at public primary school in Rimbo Tengah, Bungo regency, it is 61,4%, and the remaining was 38,6% that was influenced by others factors that were not included variables of this research. Meanwhile ,partially the organization culture and working motivation have positive and significant influence toward the performance of teachers at public primary school in Rimbo Tengah,Bungo regency.
