Abstract

The Influence Analysis Of Emotional Intellegence, Intellegence of Spidtual and Organizational Citizenship Behavior to Performance of Aparatur Civil State (Case study On Dinas Kcbcrsihan, Ternate City) The purpose of this research is intended to look at: (1) the influence of emotional intelligence on the performance of the apparatus, (2) the effect on the performance of spjrituaJ jnteJJjgence apparatus, (3) the jnfluence of organizational citizenship behavior on the performance of the apparatus. and (4) the effect of emotional intelligence, spiritual intelligence and organ:izational citizenship behavior on performance apparatus simultaneously and what variables are most influential in this study. The study design using causality. Data analysis using multiple regression with quantitative non-experimental approach. The number of samples is equal to the total population or census called by the respondent by 55 people. where the source data used is primary data in the form of data obtained directly from the source under study and secondary data obtained from the office documentation sanitation departments. data collection techniques in this study were interviews using the method of filling the questionnaire. In this study, it was found throughout the hypothesis that emotional intelligence, spiritual intelligence, and organizational citizenship behavior, and a significant positive effect on the performance of the apparatus. influential variable in this study is organizational citizenship behavior, with a contribution of 60%. Of the value of Adjusted R Square shows a value of 0.421 or 42. l %. This means that the performance variable (Y) by 42.1 % influenced by emotional intelligence variables (Xl), spiritual intelligence (X2), and organizational citizenship behavior (X3) while 47.9% is influenced by other factors outside of the three independent variables in the research this.
