Abstract
Cyber prostitution business indeed promises big profits that make children the target. Psychologically and physically, children are very vulnerable to enter the world of cyber prostitution. Whereas on the other hand, children are potential for the future. The dynamics of complex community development have provided a bad climate for children. Various economic motivated exploits, acts of violence, to commercial sex exploitation for children. As many as 39% of children access pornography. Whereas in 2013, this figure increased to 50 percent. Due to the high use of the internet, children's activities on the internet are often used by irresponsible people. Prostitution activities are also developing. The perpetrators began using social media in the transaction of prostitution. Identification of problems that in the last three years, victims of human trafficking entered into sexual transactions more and more. The practice of prostituted children is one form of Commercial Sexual Exploitation of Children (CSEC). Of the 339 girls who were victims of CSEC, 50 percent were cases of child pornography. In addition, 28 percent were victims of child prostitution and another 21 percent were cases of child trafficking for sexual purposes. The purpose of this study is to explain how the phenomenon of children into the circle of cyber prostitution so that prevention can be done against vulnerable children. For the research method used is descriptive qualitative by describing how the phenomenon of children in cyber prostitution circles on social media. The result is the involvement of children in the world of cyber-protitution driven by circumstances, social structures and individual actors into situations where adults take advantage of children's vulnerabilities and exploit and possibly commit sexual violence against them. In this case it is clear that it was adults who created "prostitution and child pornography" to serve as objects of sex, abuse of their power and desire to take advantage while the children were only victims. Children must be protected from all forms of exploitation (ESKA), including prostitution and pornography.
