Abstract
Based on the lack of life skills trainers at the Community Activity Center (PKBM) Nurul Huda in empowering more than 50 people out of school in Cibitung Tengah Village, this training is expected to be able to utilize the potential of the village. The solution given based on the results of interviews with residents is by providing Life Skills Education. The method and technique of the intervention carried out is by using a participatory learning approach, field practice, monitoring and evaluation of the results of the training of trainers (ToT). Learning communities are divided into five groups of activities according to their areas of interest, namely bridal makeup, cooking, Sangkuriang catfish cultivation, and Sablon groups. This activity resulted in a strong interest of several citizens to start entrepreneurship in bridal makeup and cooking. In addition, residents have also been able to compile financial bookkeeping for fish farming and screen printing that is being undertaken.
