Abstract

The urgent skill in improving the knowledge of the village government apparatus is the management of village finance, because in reality there are still many village government apparatus who lack understanding about good governance and documentation of village finances. The Headman and his apparatus as the Village Financial Management Technical Executors (PTPKD) are required to master accounting or at least make financial bookkeeping properly according to their allotment, so that village financial use can be accounted for. Community service activities (PkM) were carried out in the District of Tajurhalang, Bogar Regency, covering 7 (seven) villages in the district. The method used in the implementation of training consists of three types, namely: (a) focus group discussion between participants, village representatives, and instructors; (b) inventory of transaction evidence in accordance with activities carried out by the village government in the current budget year; and (d)monitoring and evaluating the application of the results of training in each village in administering village finance. The results of the activities show that PKM is able to: (a) improve PTPKD 's understanding and skills on village financial governance, (b) improve the quality of village financial accountability and sub-district governments that have a role in maintaining and improving the quality of governance of village government, and (c) assist the vi llage government in preparing the Realization of the APBDesa Implementation Report, and t he Accountability Report on the Realization of the APBDesa Implementation.
