Abstract
Health care is an important thing in life, however, often there are problems in services and the many obstacles that are found in giving and receiving health care. Especially for the poor, health care is often a problem. So to overcome these problems, RSUD M. Yunus Bengkulu did increase the quality of service that people are satisfied in receiving health care to provide health insurance for the poor as a facility for the poor. Therefore, the researchers wanted to know the satisfaction level of services especially for the poor through Askeskin. This study uses a survey and questionnaire to the respondents.
