Abstract
This study was conducted to determine whether there is influence between emotional intelligence, spiritual intelligence and abilities to job satisfaction directly and also to determine the effect directly and indirectly with organizational commitment. The subject of this study is the Civil Service Administration Karimun. This study shows that there is a positive effect of Emotional Intelligence on Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment. There is a positive and significant effect of ability on Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment. Spiritual Intelligence negatively influence job satisfaction and organizational. Job Satisfaction and significant positive effect on Organizational Commitment
