Abstract
Training program is aimed to provide trainees with a certain kind of skill, knowledge,and attitude. Those can be used to improve trainees' performance in doing a specific job. It is necessary to design the program to meet the optimum outcomes. Training design in this matter should be designed systematically and holistically This article will explore the use one of the useful approaches, ADDIE, used in designing an effective and efficient training program. The ADDIE approach consists of several systematic phases --- analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. Implementing these phases properly will ensure the achievement of effective and efficient training program.
