Generation Z is the generation born between 1997 and 2012. Unlike the previous generation, this generation is considered to have characteristics and behaviors that are said to tend to be less and weaker than the previous generation. However, they have advantages and intelligence in other fields, which they pursue. And it is not uncommon for some cases to occur in the world of work about Gen Z teenagers who often behave arbitrarily without thinking about ethics and manners. This is caused by several factors, ranging from family, school, environment, socialization, and so on. This research aims to prove or explain some characteristics, behaviors of Gen Z and the impact of these characters and behaviors in the world of work. This research uses a literature study method in which the author searches and reads all information or sources from books and printed or internet scientific journals published in the last 10 years. The results of this study will show that the characteristics and behavior of Gen Z have an impact on the world of work, social life and the future of Gen Z itself.
