Abstract
This financial literacy is a series of processes or activities to improve the knowledge, skills, confidence of the wider community so that they are able to manage personal finances better. With a high percentage of the financial literacy index of the Indonesian population, it will improve the economic standard of living, so that it will increase investment interest for the community or Indonesian migrant workers. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of financial literacy, financial inclusion on investment interest in Indonesian Migrant Workers (PMI). Data will be analyzed using Descriptive Analysis, using Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). This research was conducted with 200 PMI respondents. The results showed that the path coefficient value of the original sample estimate (beta) (X1) was 0.386 and (X2) was 0.35. The coefficient value shows that an increase in financial literacy and financial inclusion will tend to be followed by an increase in investment interest. In other words, the better a person's financial literacy and financial inclusion, the greater his interest in investing.
