This study examines the influence of transformational leadership and organizational climate on employee performance at the Class III Women's Penitentiary in Manokwari. The main issue addressed is the lack of work discipline and suboptimal performance results at the institution. The aim of this research is to analyze the partial and simultaneous effects of transformational leadership and organizational climate on employee peiformance. The research employs a quantitative approach, collecting data through questionnaires distributed to 49 employees as the sample. Hypothesis testing was conducted using multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS. The theoretical foundation is based on transformational leadership theory, which emphasizes empowerment and motivation, and organizational climate theory, which focuses on how the work environment affects performance. The results show that both transformational leadership and organizational climate have a positive and significant impact on employee peiformance, both individually and simultaneously. The conclusion is that improving the quality of transformational leadership and organizational climate can enhance employee performance at the institution. This study is limited by the relatively small sample size and its focus on only one institution, so generalizing the findings to other organizations should be done cautiously.
