The purposes of this study were to analyze how the perception of teachers towards online learning using video conferencing applications, to describe the obstacles faced by the teachers in the implementation of online learning using video conferencing application, and to find out the solutions to overcome the obstacles faced by the teachers. The participants of this research were six English teachers in My Liberty English School which were divided into two teachers of elementary, two teachers of junior high, and two teachers of senior high. The data of this research were collected by using interview and observation. The data analysis was done by using a descriptive qualitative method, which was divided into three steps namely; data reduction, data display, and verification. The finding of this research showed that the teachers had varied perception towards online learning using video conferencing application. All the teachers had positive perception towards their competence in using video conferencing application, their motivation, and the advantages offered by video conferencing application. However, only some of the teachers had positive perception towards the interaction with their students and their students' motivation. Furthermore, All the teachers experienced some obstacles during the implementation of online learning using video conferencing application, such as internet connection issues, lack of teachers and students' interaction, lack of students' motivation, lack of students' supportive learning environment, and lack of students' facilities. Therefore, the teachers provided some solutions and suggestions to overcome the obstacles happened namely, preparing good internet connection for the teachers, providing teachers' training, having good communication with the parents, limiting the number of students joining video conferencing application, making the guidelines and rules before having online learning, having the proper teaching and learning environment, and maximizing the using of features in video conferencing application.
